I am proud to announce the completion of Level lll Gottman Method in Couples Counseling. It has been few years in the making but I finished. I am excited to share this innovative and effective program with Couples.
I specialize in couples and individuals. I offer hope that change is possible. I believe that all my clients have what it takes to reach their personal goals. I've been described as a compassionate person who takes a non-judgmental approach. I help clients recognize old patterns of behavior and consider new healthier patterns. I am dedicated to helping my clients discover and build on their existing strengths.
My therapy strategies are tailored to clients who have anxiety, depression, and difficulty with life's transitions. I offer individuals and couples the opportunity to ease anxiety and depression symptoms, face relationship challenges, air every day worries, and move forward with their lives.
My approach includes cognitive behavior therapy through insight into one's core beliefs and what needs to change to feel good about yourself. I stress self compassion and mindfulness practices to turn around faulty thinking and build self esteem.
